Commercial Single
User License
A commercial single user license allows
a single user to use simplebim® on a maximum
of two computers (office/home, desktop/laptop) used by that
same user.
Price: 800€/license. Volume discounts are
available starting at 5 licenses (see table below).

Commercial Network
License
A commercial network license allows
as many users to use simplebim® at the same
time as there are licenses. User must be online, but can
borrow a license to use the application offline.
Price: 1 250€/license. Volume discounts are
available starting at 5 licenses (see table below).

Simplebim® is
an application for editing IFC BIM models. Import IFC2x3
files, trim unnecessary objects and properties and edit
property data. Preview the result and export the model into
a new IFC2x3 file that is smaller, imports better into other
IFC enabled applications and contains data that can be trusted.
Simplebim® is easy to learn and use. It has a modern ribbon
based user interface with full drag and drop support and
configurable workspaces. Simplebim® can be extended with
add-on modules.
